Applications for stalls for 2026 are now open!

Stall fees are as follows:

-  Registered Charities - £100 (8x4ft covered stall provided - charities are requested to run an activity on the stall)

-  Commercial and Business - £140 (8x4ft covered stall provided)

-  Hot Food Gazebos - £320 (3x3m space only)

The deadline for applications is 31st March 2026. I will contact you by the end of April to let you know if your application has been successful and will provide payment details. 

  For 2025, we had about 140 stalls located along the length of South Grove and around Pond Square. Packed with delicious food, goods and exciting items all from our excellent local businesses. Plus, we also had stalls from various charities where they can run activities to raise funds.
